Franz Kafka and Women

The current issue is in preparation.

The FKI series of publications

The publication series of the Franz Kafka Institute in Prague is regularly devoted to specific themes, supplemented, depending on submissions, by original essays on all aspects of Kafka’s life, particularly his travels in Prague and Bohemia-Moravia, his destinations at home and abroad, his contemporaries, relatives and fellow writers. The series’ arts and culture section features reviews of new releases (films, exhibitions, etc.). Editing and supervision by the Franz Kafka Institute’s academic advisory board ensure a high academic standard. The wide album format allows for the effective presentation of the extensive visual material, resulting in a visually appealing layout. Review copies in German, Czech and English are sent to major libraries (primarily national and university libraries), thereby ensuring their international ‘visibility’. The volume Kafka and Women is currently in preparation. The volumes, ranging from 112 to 208 pages, are priced at €19.90.
